The PCX series sand maker (VSI crusher) is unique due to its crushing process. Whereas most other types of crusher use metallic parts to crush rock, the VSI crusher uses the rock fed into the machine to crush itself. This autogenously crushing process produces the best-shaped aggregate on the market today.
The PCX series vertical shaft impactor utilizes “stone hitting stone” principle. The feed material goes through the rotor where material gets accelerated and cascaded in to the chamber. Unlike other types of stone hitting iron crushers, the L series crusher offers low cost per ton and the product grading can be adjusted by simply changing the rotate speed of the rotor.
