In Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, there is a HARD ROCK SAND PRODUCTION LINE with an output of 300 tons per hour, which was designed and installed by DSMAC. It has been running well for more than a month. This production line is integrated by a few of modular equipment. After coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, shaping screening and soil removal screening, the granite raw material turns into 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20- 31.5mm finished products.

There are four core modules involved in this hard rock sand production line, including a coarse crushing module, a medium and fine crushing module, a shaping and screening module and a soil removal and screening module. Each of these module is connected by belts.

The raw materials are poured into the raw material bin, and when passing through the front grate of the vibrating feeder, materials over 100mm enter the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After that, the crushed material will enters the secondary crushing cone crusher with the help of the belt conveyor.

The mixture materials <100mm will enter the soil removal screen on the side for next separation. The material <10mm are soil.

Materials with a diameter of 10-100mm enter the medium crushing cone crusher via a belt conveyor. After crushing, the output is transported to the secondary vibrating screen by the belt conveyor. Materials >31.5mm enter the fine crushing cone for crushing.

Materials ≤31.5mm directly enter the shaping sand making machine for shaping. The shaped materials enter the third vibrating screen through the belt conveyor for screening processing.

Finally, the finished products are divided into four sizes of aggregates: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm.

Since it was put into operation, the hard rock sand production line has been operating smoothly, with output and finished product quality far exceeding expectations, and has been highly recognized and praised by customers.
